With new online system, renew your Hutch Pass by March 1
General Article
February 15, 2001
Your Hutch Pass expires March 1, and this year you can renew online.
Here's how:
- Go to the Transportation link on the Hutch web site, http://www.fhcrc.org/admin/facilities/transportation/,
and click on "Hutch Pass." There, you'll find an Online Agreement
Form for faculty and staff of the Hutch and the Seattle Cancer Care
Alliance. Fill out the requested information on the form and hit "send."
Your Hutch Pass will be sent to you within a few working days.
- Prefer to send in a form to Transportation? You can print a renewal
form off the web site and send it to LM-200. There are separate forms
for Hutch and Alliance faculty and staff, so make sure you send the
appropriate form. Don't have access to a computer? You can obtain
a Hutch Pass Renewal form at the reception desks of the Thomas Building,
Metropolitan Park East and the new Alliance clinic.
Eligible for a Hutch Pass are all Hutch and Alliance faculty and staff
who are salaried and scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week, as
well as postdoctoral research associates, including research associates,
postdoctoral fellows and senior fellows.
The Hutch Pass is a fully subsidized bus pass, valid for service on
any regular Metro, Community Transit, Pierce Transit, and Sound Transit
route. Users who ride the ferry system as part of their regular commute
will receive an annual Hutch Pass, in addition to a monthly Kitsap ferry
pass.
- If transit isn't a convenient option for you, consider the comfort,
convenience and savings of vanpooling. Your Hutch Pass covers complettely
the monthly vanpool fare, and vanpools park for free.
