This photo, "My Eyes Deceived Me," is one of a series by Sharon Seligman going "Beyond the Surface of Breast Cancer" on display this month at Benham Gallery, 1216 First Ave. A public reception for the exhibit will be held from 6 to 8 tonight. Breast cancer can be "a less-traveled path of knowing oneself, a second chance to recognize what matters," says a description of the exhibit.
