You can renew your Hutch Pass on-line by visiting the Transportation link on the center's Internet site and clicking on "Hutch Pass."

There, at http://www.fhcrc.org/admin/facilities/transportation/hpass.htm, you will find a form for Hutch and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance faculty and staff. Fill it out, hit "send," and your renewal is complete. Your new pass will be sent to your mailstop within a few days.

Those who prefer to send in a form to Transportation can print a renewal form off the Internet page and send it to J1-500. There are separate forms for the Hutch and Alliance, so make sure you're sending the appropriate form.

Don't have access to a computer? Obtain a Renewal form at the Thomas Building reception desk, Met East second-floor reception desk, or the Transportation Office in the new Yale Building, J1-500.

You are eligible for a Hutch Pass if you work at least 20 hours a week for the Hutch or Alliance. The pass fully subsidizes travel on Metro, Community Transit, Kitsap Transit, Pierce Transit, or Sound Transit. (Those who ride a ferry as part of their regular commute will receive an annual Hutch Pass in addition to a monthly ferry pass.) The Hutch Pass also fully covers the fare for Metro and Community Transit vanpools, which park free at the Hutch.
