Home-buying series continues Tuesday with look at whole process

Hometown Home Loan presents a series of one-hour seminars at noon in Yale J2-108:

• Tuesday, July 23, the home-buying process.

Topics include using a realtor, deciding on what house to buy, negotiating terms of the offer, understanding the purchase and sale agreement and the need for home inspections. Also, learn about the Hometown Home Loan Program available to center and Alliance faculty and staff.

• Tuesday, Aug. 13, buying with a small down payment.
