Event volunteers needed in June

Two of Fred Hutchinson's premier fund-raising events need extra volunteer help later this month.

On June 20, the Jacob Green Charity Golf Classic needs volunteers at its dinner and auction to help with registration, auction assistance and banking at Westin Seattle. On June 21, volunteers are needed for the golf tournament at Rainier Golf and Country Club. To volunteer, contact Anne Alkema at 206-669-4883.

Also on June 21, the Terry Fox Shore Run and Walk's "Happy Hour for the Hutch" needs assistance with registration, raffles and auctions at the Four Seasons Olympic. On June 23, volunteers are needed for various jobs at the races. To volunteer, contact Victoria Miles at 206-667-5896 or vmiles@fhcrc.org.
