No kidding: 'Tis soon the season for poinsettias

The Sammamish Hills Guild of Fred Hutchinson has begun seeking reservations for its annual poinsettia sale.

Options are a six-inch standard (one plant, five to seven blooms, $11), eight-inch grand (three plants, $30), 10-inch spectacular (four plants, $38); centerpiece or hanging basket (more than 40 blooms, $42) and three-foot bush ($60). Plants include pot covers.

Pickups will be Wednesday, Dec. 4, from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Yale J1-102 and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at second floor Met East.
