Help domestic-violence victims, recycle your old cell phone

In partnership with the City of Seattle and Verizon Wireless, Fred Hutchinson is participating in the HopeLine cell phone-recycling program. Verizon collects used wireless phones and accessories from any phone company, which are then refurbished, recycled and/or sold. Proceeds will go to nonprofit domestic-violence-advocacy organizations.

To participate, send your old work or personal cell phone and accessories in a plastic bag addressed to the Cell Phone Recycling Program, mail stop AD-221.
