If you prepare and submit documents to the Institutional Review Board, you may want to attend a workshop this afternoon in Pelton Auditorium on the IRB's recently updated forms and documents.
At the session from 2 to 3:30 p.m., IRB staff will cover the revisions as well as new Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) forms.
Staff also will discuss how to submit IRB packets to the Institutional Review Office. New applications, continuation reviews, modifications, serious adverse events will be reviewed. Questions? Call Tanna MacReynold, office manager, at 206-667-6567.
