On-campus appointments coming next week from HomeStreet Bank

Interested in purchasing or refinancing a home this year? A HomeStreet Bank affinity loan officer will conduct pre-qualification/counseling appointments for Fred Hutchinson and Alliance faculty and staff next week.

The appointments will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 11, on the Day Campus, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, at Met East. To schedule an appointment, visit hthl@homestreet.com or call 206-628-0207.

Home Street officials say such appointments could be particularly timely given record low-interest rates.

Fred Hutchinson and Alliance faculty and staff are eligible to participate in special lending program, including reduced loan fees and closing costs, down-payment assistance, free pre-approvals and free seminars.
