Still time to sign up for cancer disparities conference Oct. 18

Fred Hutchinson, along with the University of Washington, the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and the UW Breast Program, will co-sponsor "Reducing Cancer Disparities: Meeting the Needs of the Community," from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, at Bell Harbor Convention Center in Seattle. The conference will promote awareness of cancer disparities faced by underserved populations and include panel presentations with representatives from diverse ethnic and racial groups. Learn strategies for increasing participation of minority and underserved populations in clinical trials for cancer prevention and treatment.
