Brief
All foreign nationals in the United States, including visitors, nonimmigrant workers (e.g., TN, H, O, F and J visa holders) and lawful permanent residents must report every change of address to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on Form AR-11. Form AR-11 can be downloaded, with instructions, from the USCIS Web site at www.bcis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/ar-11.xml. Form AR-11 should be filed with USCIS within 10 days of moving to a new address; however, note that the form does not request information about when the foreign national moved. Individuals subject to Special Registration are required to submit Form AR-11SR, found at www.bcis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/ar-11sr.xml. If you are subject to Special Registration (NSEERS) and have not filed Form AR-11SR, please contact Amy Garrett-Cowan at (206) 667-4460 or acowan@fhcrc.org.
