Construction near an end

The construction that has closed off the Fred Hutchinson entrance at Yale Avenue North will be completed by the first week of February. Seattle City Light and the center's Facilities Planning and Construction Department are working to upgrade the power substations throughout the campus to provide the area with more reliable power.
