Adventure-racing team forming

Brief

If you enjoy challenging outdoor activities, you may be interested in adventure racing. David Gillette, of the Environmental Health and Safety Department, is putting together a Fred Hutchinson team or teams for this winter. Adventure racing involves mountain biking, paddling and trekking as a team while navigating with a map and compass for much of the race. The team or teams will practice to compete in races in early 2005.
