Research Ethics program hosts mentorship panel April 27

What can you do to get the most from your mentor? What should you expect from your mentor, and what should your mentor expect from you? Listen to seasoned mentors talk about these questions and more at a panel discussion on mentoring, from 2 to 3 p.m., Wednesday, April 27, in Pelton Auditorium. The session will be facilitated by center ombudsperson Dr. Nancy Haigwood, with faculty panelists Drs. Barb Trask from Human Biology, Effie Petersdorf from Clinical Research, Barry Stoddard from Basic Sciences and Alan Kristal from Public Health Sciences. Attendees will hear diverse perspectives on mentoring, have an opportunity to ask questions of the panelists and receive credit for attendance from the Research Ethics Education Program.
