Nearly 250 members of the Statistical Center for HIV/AIDS Research and Prevention (SCHARP) and HIV Vaccine Trials Network (HVTN) will relocate to 1616 Eastlake Ave. E. beginning Jan. 15. Staff will be in place at the new location by Jan. 18. Phone numbers will remain the same. The building designation is LE and the suites are as follows:
The shuttle bus, which runs between the Fred Hutchinson campus and the University of Washington, is currently scheduled to stop at the Eastlake building every 45 minutes.
For visitors, the building address is 1616 Eastlake Ave. E. The mailing address will still be P.O. Box 19024 and interoffice mail will be delivered twice daily, at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Because the new building will be locked at all times, all visitors must contact the security guard in the lobby by pressing the buzzer at the front door.
