Brief
Learn what to do when your team undergoes change on Friday, March 4, from 9 a.m. to noon, in Yale, J2-515. Part of the Core Management Series, the course is designed to teach new and experienced managers approaches and skills to help people accept and even enjoy change.
The class focuses on how to plan for change and understand its impact on individuals and teams. Facillitators Lawrie Robertson and Kim Wells will discuss the need for communication and offer methods for engaging staff who may be resistant to change as well as those who are completely behind the effort. The last portion of class will be spent discovering what to do after a change seems complete.
