Mentor a student for Biotech Expo

Share the excitement of science with a high school student. The Northwest Association for Biomedical Research (NWABR) seeks Hutchinson Center graduate students, postdocs, principal investigators and staff members to serve as mentors for high school students who want to participate in the Student Biotech Expo, March 6, at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue.

The Student Biotech Expo is a unique science fair, which engages high school students in all aspects and opportunities in the fields of biotechnology and biomedicine and supports students' access to resources in the scientific community.

To learn more, contact Dr. Paula Ladd, expo site coordinator, at (206) 667-4773. You can also visit the NWABR Web site at www.nwabr.org/studentbiotech, or call (206) 956-3640 for information.
