Answering Katrina's wake-up call: Environmental Health and Safety teaches disaster planning Oct. 12, 13

Did Hurricane Katrina start you thinking about emergency planning? Does our region have a Katrina-like event in its future? Is the Center prepared? Does your family have a plan to survive on their own, without outside assistance, for at least 72 hours?

Come hear about the Center's plan and learn the three-step process for family-emergency planning. The lunchtime presentation will be offered twice, from noon to 1:30 p.m., Oct. 12 and 13, in Pelton Auditorium.
