Figuring out the structure of DNA would have been impossible without the work of a brilliant molecular biologist and crystallographer named Rosalind Franklin. Learn more about Franklin during the Science Friday presentation, "Secret of Photo 51," noon-1 p.m. in Pelton Auditorium.

The video, from the Public Broadcasting Service's documentary series "NOVA," investigates Franklin's life and her unsung contribution to one of science's greatest discoveries. For more information on this and future Science Friday presentations, contact Dr. Karen Peterson at kpeterso@fhcrc.org.
