This year's Healthy Challenge focus on activity and physical fitness was the perfect motivator for members of "The 4-Fits" team. In fact, team members Christina Baron, John Bartley, Nicole Reed-Tourville and Judith Davies (team captain) even created matching t-shirts, bags and journals displaying their very own logo, which incorporates a muscled arm, to symbolize their focus on activity and physical fitness.
The team not only sees the Healthy Challenge as a venue to increase their health and well-being, but also as a way to develop friendships and camaraderie in the workplace. They all participate in kickboxing cardio classes during their lunchtimes, and have even scheduled physical-activity events outside of work, such as participating in Baron's kickboxing class in West Seattle, roller-skating at Skate King in Bellevue and hiking up to the top of Mount Si. Their overall goal is to be one of the top-ten teams this season and to continue their healthy habits beyond the finale of the Healthy Challenge.
