Alaska Airlines Chairman and CEO Bill Ayer accepted the 2006 E. Donnall Thomas Award from Hutchinson Center President and Director Dr. Lee Hartwell, Friday, Sept. 29. More than 400 business and community leaders attended the Thomas Luncheon for Business Leadership, held at the Grand Hyatt Seattle. The annual luncheon celebrates business leaders who, like the Center's Dr. E. Donnall Thomas, have dedicated their lives to excellence and compassion.
