Nov. 17 Science Friday reveals inner workings of body cells

Center News

November 2006

Your body consists of trillions of different kinds of cells, surrounded by a bunch of other stuff. What is going on inside all of those cells? What is the "other stuff" surrounding them? And what does a "goblet colon cell" do? Find out at the next Science Friday, Nov 17, from noon-1 p.m. in Pelton Auditorium. Dr. Hilary Kemp of the Moens Lab will take participants up close and personal with some of the more interesting cell types in "My Body, My Cells: The Secret Inner Life of Your Cells."
