Brief
A National Institutes of Health training grant has funds available for one predoctoral fellowship to support a trainee interested in interdisciplinary cancer research. The stipend will be awarded for one to three years, with possible competitive reapplication for up to three years total.
The fellowship can start on or after Nov. 16. The essential component of the proposal is that the trainee identifies two mentors at Hutchinson Center or University of Washington who can supervise different components of the research project. Both mentors should contribute meaningfully to the research training. Applicants who are not United States citizens or permanent residents are not eligible for this award.
