Solid-tumor conference Sept. 28-29

The Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and University of Washington will host the first biannual continuing medical education conference on solid-tumor oncology Thursday, Sept. 28, and Friday, Sept. 29, at the Bell Harbor Conference Center in Seattle.

The conference, "Targeted Approaches to Cancer Care," is designed for medical, surgical and radiation oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, as well as ancillary health-care professionals involved in solid-tumor research and care, or those interested in learning and discussing the ever-evolving findings in solid-tumor medicine.

At this in-depth, cross-disciplinary review of clinical solid-tumor topics in medicine, leading experts will present the latest updates and clinical recommendations in the fields of brain, breast, endocrine, GI, GU, gynecologic, head and neck, lung, melanoma and sarcoma malignancies.
