The 2007 Premier Chefs Dinner, showcasing renowned chefs of the Pacific Northwest, is set for Sunday, May 20, at the Grand Hyatt Seattle.
Participating chefs include Shannon Galusha (Veil), Amanda Zimlich (Madison Park Café), Gabriel Claycamp (Culinary Communion), Kraig Hansen (Palisade), Don Curtiss (Volterra), Brent Martin (The Grand Hyatt Seattle), and Dana Cree (The Rainier Club).
Presented annually by the Chefs Advisory Board and the Hutchinson Center's Magnolia Guild, the Premier Chefs Dinner features one-of-a-kind culinary and wine packages during a live auction.
