In commemoration of Earth Day, the April 20 Science Friday presents the Academy Award-winning film on global warming, "An Inconvenient Truth," in its entirety, noon-1:45 p.m. in Pelton Auditorium.
The vast majority of scientists agree that global warming is real, is already happening and is the result of our activities and not a natural occurrence. The film illustrates the depth of the problem with an inspirational look at former Vice President Al Gore's crusade to halt global warming.
