Security presents safety seminar and discussion Dec. 13 in Pelton

As part of ongoing efforts to increase personal safety precautions and bring expert presenters to campus, the Security Department will offer a safety seminar with internationally known detective Bob Shilling Thursday, Dec. 13, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in Pelton. Shilling will share his expertise during a wide-ranging discussion about safety issues on and off the Day Campus.

Shilling, a 27-year veteran of the Seattle Police Department, has appeared as a content expert on sex-offender management on the "Montel Show" and NBC Dateline's "To Catch A Predator" series.
