Eligible employees pay a monthly pre-tax payroll deduction of $10 for the discounted annual transit card.

The 2007 HutchPass is here. For eligible Hutchinson Center and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance employees, the discounted annual transit pass is available for a monthly pre-tax payroll deduction of $10. This is a $1 increase from last year. Commuters can use the HutchPass on King County Metro, Community, Pierce and Sound Transits (including the Sounder).
Employees eligible for the pass are those regularly scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week, including research associates, postdoctoral research fellows, senior fellows and graduate students. Eligible employees without payroll deduction can purchase a quarterly HutchPass at the Transportation Office in the Yale Building. The cost is $30 per quarter. All exceptions for eligibility must be processed through a division administrator.
To renew your HutchPass online, please complete and submit a new agreement form available at www.fhcrc.org/admin/facilities/transportation/commuting/hutchpass or in the Transportation Office, J1-500.
Learn about the cost of the HutchPass in conjunction with other modes of transportation by visiting centernet.fhcrc.org/CN/depts/transportation.
Employees who commute by alternate modes are also eligible for a guaranteed-ride home in cases of emergency. This privilege can be used up to eight times during the year. Find details online at www.fhcrc.org/admin/facilities/transportation/commuting/other/#guarantee.
Metros' Wheel Options Campaign will begin March 12. Read Center News Weekly online for more information on eligibility requirements and prizes, including a seven-day Alaskan Cruise.
