KIRO-TV's Steve Raible auctions off a Super Bowl package at the 14th annual Pete Gross House Luncheon

KIRO-TV news anchor and Seattle Seahawks veteran Steve Raible and his wife, Sharon, were honored for many years of support and service to the Center at the Pete Gross House Luncheon Tuesday, Sept. 18.

The 14th annual event, which Raible emceed, raised more than $280,000 to benefit the Family Assistance Fund, which supports families staying at Pete Gross House and others receiving treatment through the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. During the live auction, two Super Bowl XLII packages sold for $10,000 each. The winning bidders will enjoy travel and four night's accommodations in the Phoenix area, along with the game and VIP opportunities.

Part of Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, the Pete Gross House has 70 apartment units and is named after the late, legendary Seahawks play-by-play announcer Pete Gross.
