What stands between you and losing weight? If it's hunger, temptation or just a bad day, gain tools for fighting back. Attend the Weight Watchers at Work open house and registration Wednesday, June 3, 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in M1-A303, Arnold Building. Center and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance employees, families and friends are all welcome.
The next 17-week Weight Watchers at Work session runs June 10 through Sept. 30, with meetings each Wednesday, noon-12:30 p.m. (weigh-in starts at 11:45 a.m.) in M1-A303. The $186 registration fee includes 19 weeks of free eTools. The registration fee is payable by cash, check, or credit card, and may be paid in installments (bring three checks at registration).
A minimum of 20 registrants is required by June 3 to continue offering the Weight Watchers at Work program.
