The annual Center and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance staff picnic will take place Tuesday, Aug. 21, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. in the plaza between the Arnold and Thomas buildings, with a noon announcement of the 2007 T. Evans Wyckoff Esprit de Corps Award winner.

Named for one of the Center's most enthusiastic and dedicated supporters and a longtime trustee, the late T. Evans Wyckoff, the award annually recognizes a staff member who embodies the institution's spirit of dedication.

The menu for this year's picnic includes hamburgers, pulled pork, bratwurst, veggie burgers and dogs, fresh fruit, baked beans, strawberry shortcake and beverages. The event will also offer live music and opportunities to play ping-pong, miniature golf and bocce ball.
