Audio Visual Services and Facilities Engineering will begin replacing 15-year-old audio and video equipment in Pelton Auditorium Friday, Aug. 17. Pelton will be unavailable for meetings while the work is in progress. The auditorium will reopen Tuesday, Sept. 4, with built-in video and audio teleconferencing, additional microphones, recording capabilities and other improvements.
The touch-panel controls will work very much the same as they do now, so retraining for use of the space will not be necessary. As usual, AV assistance will be available by e-mailing av@fhcrc.org, or dialing ext. 6537.
