Supporting the Hutchinson Center is easy and effective with payroll deduction
As fall approaches, please remember the Hutchinson Center as a worthy recipient of your generosity. One of the easiest ways to give is through payroll deduction at work.
If you are a federal, state or county employee, you may donate through your combined campaigns at work.
You may also route your gifts to the Hutchinson Center through United Way, Community Health Charities, Coalition for Charitable Choice or the Bainbridge Foundation. Other employee campaigns may include the Hutchinson Center as a giving option or allow you to write in the Hutch as an independent charity. Simply list "Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center Foundation" on your pledge form.

Inspire others by leaving your legacy in stone. Purchase a brick or slate tile for the Hutchinson Center courtyard.
Donations range from $100 for a brick with one line of text to $5,000 for a large slate tile with up to eight lines of text.
Use your brick or tile to help the Hutchinson Center celebrate its 25th anniversary, commemorate the holidays or pay tribute to a loved one.

Light the way with holiday gifts that support the Hutch
Making donations to the Hutchinson Center in lieu of giving presents to family and friends can be a particularly thoughtful holiday tradition.
Every gift to the Hutch during the holiday season will be included in the Light the Way Campaign, an annual holiday tradition at the Hutch. White holiday lights will adorn trees on the Hutch campus for each gift received between Nov. 1 and Dec. 31. The Hutch will send a gift card to the individual you specify.

Corporate holiday cards available from the Hutch
This year, companies can ensure the holiday cards they send to clients, associates and employees have meaningful impact by ordering Spirit of Giving cards from the Hutchinson Center.
These elegant cards acknowledge that a gift to the Hutch has been made in honor of the recipient. The cards are versatile and can be inserted into other holiday cards or sent on their own. For more information, call Jana Mizokawa at (206) 667-3766.
Charge for the Cure at the Bon Marche support breast-cancer research
About 183,000 women in the United States will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year. To help in the search for a cure, the Bon Marche, Verizon Wireless, Warm 106.9 FM, KING 5 and KONG TV will team up to sponsor "Charge for the Cure," a campaign to raise money for breast-cancer research. During October, for every Bon gift card purchased, each new credit account opened and every Bon credit-card purchase, the department store will make donations to the Hutchinson Center and the American Cancer Society.
The Bon's downtown Seattle store will be wrapped in pink and the windows will feature inspiring stories of breast-cancer survivors, who will appear in the 2000 Breast Cancer Survivor Fashion Show on Oct. 21. Tickets for the show are $25.
