Former patient Benito Lopez and his wife Carmen have made significant gifts to the Hutchinson Center's facilities and Family Assistance Funds.

About their giving, they commented, "We are so happy to be part of this. From the day we left our home in New Jersey and arrived at the Hutch, we knew we were surrounded by wonderful, skilled people who cared about making a difference. Being in business ourselves, we realized that for any organization to run this smoothly, you need a dedicated staff. The Hutchinson Center's staff not only answered questions and gave excellent care, but also helped us to acquire faith and hope, which is sometimes hard to find in new surroundings.
