Guidelines for Oral and Poster Presentations

Oral Presentations

Talks should be 15 minutes in length. There will be 5 minutes QA period following each talk.

Please email your talk to sgics@fhcrc.org no later than noon on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23RD 2014.

We will support PowerPoint presentations for both PC and MAC. Please indicate in your e-mail if your file was produced on a PC or a MAC.

Please check the symposium schedule and note the time of your presentation and check in with us in Pelton Auditorium 15 minutes the start of your particular session. For those of you presenting in the first session, please check in with us by 8:45am.

Poster Presentations

Posters should be limited to 1 meter X 1 meter (3.3’ X 3.3’).

Poster presentations will be held in the B1-72/74/76 Combo rooms during a joint 2hour lunch and poster session and the reception.

Poster setup should be set up by 8:30am and left up until the end of the symposium.

Thumbtacks and/or tape will be provided.

You will be notified of your poster number and board location on the day of the event.
