Directions to SEP

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center is located at the south end of Lake Union, near downtown Seattle. The SEP Lab and the Teaching Lab are both located within the Weintraub Basic Sciences building (part of the Day Campus).

To reach the Hutchinson Center via I-5 North or South, exit at Mercer Street and turn right onto Eastlake, then another quick right onto Fairview. Turn right on Campus Drive. Please park in the visitor lot adjacent to the Thomas Builidng entrance and sign in at the security desk to register your vehicle and obtain an SEP visitor badge. The Teaching Lab, used for many of our workshops, is directly down the hall from the security desk. SEP is located just down the hall from the Teaching Lab, beyond the security doors (you must have a visitor badge to access that area of the Weintraub building). Please ask for directions at the security desk or call us at extension 4487.

You may wish to allow extra travel time to the Hutchinson Center due to the anticipated congestion on Westlake Ave.
