Engraved Bricks and Slates

Sally Brotman and her granddaughter Brooke Kipling looking at the bricks in the Mundie Courtyard at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center

Be part of Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center's campus and support cancer research with an engraved brick or slate. Whether you’d like to honor or memorialize a friend or family member, or commemorate a special anniversary, birthday or other life event, your purchase will fuel breakthrough research that saves lives.

Your brick or slate will be customized with your own personal message and placed in Mundie Courtyard on the Fred Hutch campus. Your tribute will become forever a part of the history of our world-renowned campus.

April 15, 2014 is the deadline to purchase bricks and slates for installation in the summer 2014.

Visit the Mundie Courtyard

We encourage you to come and see your brick or slate once it has been installed or come before you purchase it, to get ideas. Installations are done on an annual basis. Please see our location map for directions. Visiting hours are 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (exceptions are possible – please contact Annual Giving to arrange.)
