Nominations for the Harold M. Weintraub Graduate Student Award

The deadline for nominations has passed. Thank you for your interest in the Weintraub Graduate Student Award.

Only one nomination may be submitted per Department or Program.

Since the Graduate Student Awardees will be presenting their thesis work at the Weintraub Symposium and interacting with graduate students, we envision them as advanced students near the completion of their studies.  However, due to differences in research topics and Programs, the most appropriate student to nominate may have already completed their thesis.  Nominated students should not have graduated before September 2013.

Nominations should be submitted ONLINE by the Department/Program Chairperson by December 13, 2013. 

Information needed by the Nominator before submitting:

1. Nominator name, address, e-mail, and telephone number.
2. Mentor name, address, e-mail, and telephone number.
3. Student name to be nominated, address, e-mail, and telephone number.
   
   From student's mentor:
4. Letter of recommendation from the student's mentor as a PDF file
   (Please use single space, Arial font or similar, and 11pt minimum font size)
