Physical Activity for Total Health (PATH)

Description: The Physical Activity for Total Health Study is a randomized intervention study. The goal of the study is to examine how moderate exercise may lower breast cancer risk. Participants in the study include 173 women who were randomly assigned to either an aerobic exercise/strength training group or a stretching exercise group. This study will examine how exercise affects hormone levels, body fat mass, breast density, and quality of life.
