Research Focus: My research is focused on the development of new statistical methods to tackle the high-dimensionality of genomic data, with the aim to achieve sparse models, consistent estimators, and better prediction accuracy. My research is highly interdisciplinary in that it involves statistical theory, bioinformatics, high-performance computing and biomedical sciences.
