Learn how you can join the Climb to Fight Breast Cancer Nov. 17, 7-8 p.m. at REI

Always wanted to climb a mountain? Find out how you can achieve this goal while supporting Hutchinson Center scientists engaged in the uphill battle against breast cancer. Attend an informational meeting for Climb to Fight Breast Cancer Wednesday, Nov. 17, 7-8 p.m. at REI’s Seattle flagship store, 222 Yale Avenue North.

You’ll learn how you can join other outdoor enthusiasts in honing new skills and honoring loved ones while raising funds for the Center’s breast cancer research.

The 2011 peaks are:

  • Mount Adams
  • Mount Baker
  • Denali
  • Mount Elbrus in Russia
  • Mount Hood
  • Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania
  • Mount Olympus
  • Mount Rainier
  • Mount Shasta
  • Volcanoes of Mexico
