Below are patient comments from the FHCRC Long Term Follow-Up questionnaires that have been returned during the past 10 years. Many patients have offered comments at the end of the questionnaire. The comments allow our staff to receive helpful positive or negative feedback. We have removed identifying information from these comments. We selected comments that we thought were interesting and informative. Taken together, the comments show a patchwork quilt of experiences.
