The Pete Gross House, at 525 Minor Avenue North, is located close to the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance outpatient clinic, which is on the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center Lake Union campus. It is approximately seven miles southwest of Children's Hospital and Regional Medical Center and five miles south of the University of Washington.
