Exercise and Thrive at the South Sound YMCAs

Classes

Beginning the week of September 20th, 2010 classes will be held twice a week for twelve weeks at the following YMCA locations:

Olympia Downtown YMCA
510 Franklin Street SE, Olympia, WA 98501
Thursday 7:00 - 8:30 PM/Saturday 12:00 - 1:30 PM

Briggs Community YMCA
1530 Yelm Highway SE, Olympia, WA 98501
Monday/Wednesday 2:00 - 3:30 PM

Cost

The Exercise and Thrive program is a benefit provided through the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center Survivorship Program and the South Sound YMCA at no cost to the participant.

 

Participants will receive a 12-week membership to the South Sound YMCA, which includes the Olympia Downtown YMCA and the Briggs Community YMCA.

All families will be offered the opportunity to join the South Sound YMCA after the program without paying the joining fee.
