Ed was diagnosed in February 2006 at the age of 67. His treatment included chemotherapy, surgery and radiation. Ed came to the Survivorship Program's MOST clinic, accompanied by his wife, approximately two years after completing cancer treatment. During Ed's visit he discussed coping strategies for the long-term effects resulting from his cancer treatment. Ed had additional questions that were specific to digestion.

Our experienced clinic staff reviewed with Ed his cancer Survivorship Care Plan, including dietary strategies to cope with specific late effects related to digestion. Ed left the clinic with his Survivor Notebook and new ideas and approaches to his health and health care.
