Cancer Survivors Project is an organized, international community of long-term cancer survivors and their friends working to make available information regarding physiological and psychosocial late effects of cancer treatment, preventive care protocols, and appropriate health care.
Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner
The Insurance Commissioner's Office has the responsibility of regulating the insurance business in Washington under authority granted by the insurance laws of this state. Consumers with insurance questions or concerns are encouraged to contact Consumer Advocacy. Our Consumer Advocacy staff includes experts in all lines of insurance (auto, homeowner, life, disability, health, etc.) and provides free assistance and education to consumers. Consumer Advocacy has the authority to investigate formal complaints against insurers and agents, and to enforce insurance law on behalf of consumers. For assistance, consumers may call the Insurance Consumer Hotline at (800) 562-6900, access our Web site at www.insurance.wa.gov or send an e-mail to cad@oic.wa.gov.
The Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisors (SHIBA) HelpLine is a free service of the Office of the Insurance Commissioner. The SHIBA HelpLine provides specialized education, assistance and advocacy, including individualized counseling by trained volunteer advisors about your right and options.

Living Beyond Breast Cancer
Living Beyond Breast Cancer is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering all women affected by breast cancer to live as long as possible with the best quality of life. Programs and services include: conferences; teleconferences; the toll-free Survivors' Helpline (888.753.5222); a website, lbbc.org; free quarterly newsletters; publications for African-American and Latina women; recordings; networking programs; healthcare-provider trainings; and the Paula A. Seidman Library and Resource Center.
Team Survivor Northwest
Team Survivor Northwest provides a broad range of fitness and health education programs to enable women cancer survivors, in any stage of treatment or recovery and at any fitness level, to take an active role in their ongoing physical and emotional healing.
Seattle Reproductive Medicine
Seattle Reproductive Medicine provides nationally respected physicians, state-of-the-art technology, and comprehensive support services to care for couples with infertility and women with reproductive endocrine problems. Their physicians have received several National Institutes of Health (NIH) research grants over the years and the Clinic's work in reproductive aging has received prominent media coverage in Seattle. Seattle Reproductive Medicine is a member of IntegraMed, an exclusive network of 140 physicians and scientists limited to the highest performing infertility practices. One of every five procedures in the United States is performed in an IntegraMed practice.
