Needed: Healthy individuals with type AB blood

The Program in Immunology is seeking healthy individuals with type AB blood, to be used to prepare serum needed to culture human T lymphocytes.
T lymphocytes are used in Phase I and II studies of immune reconstitution in patients with weak immune systems being treated through the program.
The program pays $60 for 400 cc of blood, a little less than a pint. Donors are scheduled for appointments every eight to 10 weeks. Donations occur on the third floor of the Thomas Building.
If interested, please call Jenny Joyce at Ext. 6213 or Maria Gonzalez-White at Ext. 5180.
