Accommodations for Students:

University of Washington  Housing is available for NMSU students in the university's Stevens Court residence hall during a summer research internship at Fred Hutchinson. Stevens Court has clusters of four single-occupancy bedrooms that surround a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The cost is approximately $1300 for the nine-week internship period. Free shuttle service is provided between the university and FHCRC, Monday through Friday, as well as Metro Transit (city bus) passes. NOTE: Housing applications are sent to students when they have been accepted to the summer internship program.

Accommodations for Faculty:

First Hill Apartments  400 - 10th Avenue, (206) 621-9229. Furnished studio and one bedroom apartments. The FHCRC rate is $69 to $99 depending on the apartment size. Complimentary van service to and from Fred Hutchinson is available from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Cancer patients who are undergoing medical treatment often reside at First Hill Apartments.

Marriott Residence Inn, Lake Union  800 Fairview Avenue North, (206) 624-6000. Located next to the FHCRC main campus. The FHCRC rate is $109 per night (plus tax) for a one bedroom suite. This includes a complimentary continental breakfast buffet and van service. Toll-free reservation line: (800) 331-3131.

Silver Cloud Inn, Lake Union  1150 Fairview Avenue North, (206) 447-9500. Located next to the FHCRC main campus.The FHCRC rate is $95 per night (plus tax) for single or double occupancy, and includes a complimentary continental breakfast and van service. Toll-free reservation line: (800) 330-5812.

SpringHill Suites, Seattle Downtown (by Marriott)  1800 Yale Avenue, (206) 254-0500. Located across the street from the FHCRC Public Health Sciences Division. The FHCRC rate is $79 - $99 per night (plus tax), depending on the time of year. All suite hotel with a Business Center, indoor pool, and complimentary van service.
