Dr. De Rosa’s research focuses on the examination of T cell functions at the single cell level using advanced flow cytometric techniques. This includes examination of T cell responses specific to viral infections including CMV, EBV, HIV and Hepatitis B. This also includes examination of T cell responses to vaccination and he works with the HIV Vaccine Trials Network (HVTN) on the development of new assays to evaluate vaccine efficacy.
