2008 Biomedical Research Integrity Series: Case Study Discussion Group Schedule and Online Registration

• The discussion group schedule below is designed to make online registration easier for you.



• Choose the discussion group(s) you would like to attend. (If a group is full when you attempt to register, you may join a waitlist and/or choose another group.)



• Follow the directions for online registration that follow the schedule.



• Generally those in programs affiliated with UW or on training grants need to register at UW as well. If you need credit from the UW for attending FHCRC discussion groups, once you have registered online at FHCRC go to this UW site to register with them:
  http://depts.washington.edu/uwbri/Registration08.html.



• ROOMS WILL BE ASSIGNED ONE WEEK PRIOR TO EACH SESSION

1. Use your network login and password to log into Employee Self Service through the FHCRC CenterNet.



2. Select "Self Service," "Learning and Development," "Request Training Enrollment."



3. Select "Search by Course Name."



4. In the blank "Course Name" field, type in the key word "BRI" and click search.



5. Click "View Available Sessions" to see which discussion groups in that topic area are open. "Open Seats" and "Waitlisted" on the following screen will indicate which groups are open.



6. To register for a discussion group, click the session number in blue to the left of the group name. Click "Continue" at the bottom of the next screen. YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED YET!



7. On the following page click "SUBMIT" to complete the registration process.



8. The next screen will be a "Save Confirmation." Click "OK" and print out the following screen for your records.



9. Room location of your discussion group along with case studies will be provided to you one week prior to the session.
